PRIVACY
INFORMATION.

Draft: The owners must confirm these practices and an inquiry retention period before launch.

Business: DK Haul Bros. Based in Independence, Iowa.

Information you provide

Our linked Google Form asks for your name, phone number, job city, service choice, preferred timing, and job description. The email field is optional. Please leave out financial information, identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, review whether a job is possible, and communicate about potential work. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking, and contact consent is for responding to the inquiry.

Google Forms and website hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Quote buttons open a separate Google Form. Google processes and stores the information you submit so the owners can review and respond to your request. Google and Cloudflare may also process technical information, such as browser and network data, when you use their services. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s practices.

Where inquiries are kept

Responses are kept in Google Forms and, if the owners link one, a response spreadsheet. The owners may also keep follow-up correspondence in the business inbox. This website does not send inquiries through its own server or keep form entries in browser storage. No advertising trackers have been added. Submitting the linked Google Form sends a real request even while this website displays a preview banner.

How long we keep inquiries

The owners have not yet set the inquiry retention period.
